Busy, Busy Winter
Little Big Noise had a great big (little?) holiday trip. Watch him tell Baba all about it...
First stop, Mexico! Little Big Noise, Mama and Baba went to Ixtapa for a week. Here is Little Big Noise getting ready to storm the beach, where he will spend his time building sand castles.
What LBN liked about Mexico: the beach and sand castles; the pool; Pepe, the Iguana (and the king Iguana)
What LBN did NOT like about Mexico: Club Petit
Relaxing by the pool was a favorite activity for all. Here is Mama, doing a great job relaxing, while Little Big Noise enjoys his pretzels.
Back in Seattle, spending time in the garden after coming back from Lake Tahoe. Toby has been searching for the Wizard of the Garden, who is small, wears a blue Wizard hat and a blue Wizard robe and lives in the Garden.
Happy Birthday Little Big Noise! Now that LBN is three years old, he is ready for anything. Mama and Baba had a party for LBN and all of his friends and neigbhors came!
First it was time for the Tumble Bus, where Toby and his friends ran around and tumbled for a whole hour. After that, everyone was tired -- and quiet (yay!) -- and ready for cake!
Then Little Big Noise and his friends played a little more and finally everyone was tired and ready to go home for a nap.
Now that he's three, Little Big Noise is ready for anything. So Baba took Little Big Noise skiing! LBN really loves skiing. Not only is he a great skiier - able to get down the slope by himself at the end of the first day -- but he does it in great style, doesn't he? Everyone at the mountain loved Little Big Noise. He gave a "high five" to the liftie EVERY time he went up the magic carpet. After a few hours of skiing, he capped his day by throwing snowballs into the big outdoor fire pits. Skiing and fire. It was a good day.
